Position Summary   The role of Senior Business Analyst is of crucial importance to Allianz Technology. The holder of this key role is responsible for providing a high level interface between our international clients, business leaders, and the team leaders on the ground responsible for delivering complex IT solutions. The core job purpose of the Business Analyst is to analyze and validate the software requirements, ensuring that all the needs of the stakeholders are met and to author extensive software requirements documents that bridge the gap between the needs of the stakeholders and the technical needs to be delivered to the development team.   Key Responsibilities Clearly communicating software specifications to the Development teams, QA teams, Product Owners and other Stakeholders.  Providing detailed business and technical documentation (SRS, BRD and User Stories) and functional designs (Application workflow, Screen mockup and Reports).  Working with the QA teams to develop test cases that accurately capture the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.  Working with the Project Management teams to ensure that the development meets the established scope and timeline.  Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to various departments as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of data governance and reporting standards. Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools.      Job Requirements At least 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst and Software development (management, design, implementation, system analysis, service/support).  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Science/ Business Studies/ Management. Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with data visualization and reporting software.
